Save as PDF

Many people still not use a PDF file to store a document. they does'n know that keep on original format is hard to keep and secure from lost, deleted by a virus or can't be opened in other computer when you move it.


PDF format is the save secure and free to open everywhere and can be printed everywhere not using a document creator and you can always open it using a free PDF reader like Adobe Reader, Foxit Reader, Sumatra and the other free PDF Reader

In Linux or Windows that use a Open Office already long time ago have a feature to convert a document into a pdf but for now microsoft build a plugin for Microsoft Office 2007 to export a document into PDF. If you need it you can use a free Document creator like Open Office, Libre Office or if you already using a Microsoft Office 2007 you can download the plugin.

and using a Linux is the save way to free from virus.
