Problem on Broadcomm Wireless on Debian

Many time, installing debian on many lappy. always stuck on broadcomm wireless.
here is a litle hacking from http://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=78407
i fix a little bit :D

first thing to understand, i am not a sudo user, so if you working with pc with sudo command for super user access. just place sudo before command.

get git
#apt install git

download firmware, not only broadcomm i see
#git clone http://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/dwmw2/linux-firmware.git
you will get folder linux-firmware

copy brcm folder

#cp -a linux-firmware/brcm /lib/firmware/

Then try wifi
#reboot

on my lappy its work well till i post this one.

Kembali lagi

Flashgot Bantu Download Manager

Ga Punya Duit Pakai Linux

Zekr for Linux

Trying to get Zekr, quran software based on jave to work on linux. look like fail on made java work corectly. even on salix. look like java for linux is hard to use. but there is a zekr portable for linux.

for you wanted to run zekr on linux try this link.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/zekr/files/Zekr/zekr-1.1.0/zekr-1.1.0-linux-portable.tar.bz2/download

it will be big, because already java on it and all langguage. i sugested you must remove already instaled java first, or if you have working java. Zekr linux instalation will be fine

an other way to install zekr is using windows instalation and wine and also java for windows.

Instaling Full Linux from Windows

lets try to install linux from windows. its will be all will be doing on windows.

First made a partition to use on linux usualy tou must made some linux partition for system and for swap. system can be use a ex3 or ext4 . and swap can be made or not. but it will be good if you made one with size 2gg.
for system let build 5gg because i made it from small linux salix. if you wanted to install other big distro you must make it more bigger.
for partitioning on windows you can use many partition manager for free. i always use is partition wizard home edition. you can download it here.

Two. download the iso. i sugested small distribution but have good desktop. i have salix iso, download page is here.

Three. emulator to run iso on windows. look like mobalivecd is the best. just pickup the iso from cd menu and will be run. no need to burn iso to cd. here if you wanted to download

Four i always use puppylinux to made boot menu with grub4dos. you can also run in on mobalivecd. why i pick puppylinux , because it have all you need to made all boot menu, so you will never lost your windows. mybe i will upload the small custom puppylinux just for boot on windows.
